The 28th Session of the CIE was successfully held in Manchester, UK from 28th June to 4th July 2015, hosted by CIE-UK. A 6-member MyCIE delegation consisting of Mr CT Siew, Engr Narendren, Mr Glenn Tiong, Mr SS Lim, Dr CS Tan & Ms SY Lim participated in the General Assembly, Conference and TC meetings. The 5-day conference was organised to feature the latest achievements in the science of light and lighting, vision and colour, photometry, photobiology as well as image technology. The conference was attended by more than 370 participants. On behalf of MyCIE, Division 8, Dr Tan Ching Seong presented a paper on “3D Image Acquisition Modalities to Multi-view Image/Video Colour Data Format Conversion and the Quality Control” at the workshop.
