The Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI), Taiwan Green Trade Project Office (GTPO) and Photonics Industry & Technology Development Association (PIDA) led a delegation of Taiwanese LED Lighting manufacturers to Malaysia seeking business partnering with Malaysian companies.
On 17th October 2014, a business matching meeting was organised at Traders Hotel, Kuala Lumpur for Malaysian companies to forge new tie-ups with 7 leading Taiwanese companies. The B2B Meeting focused on 2 key sectors with high market potential in Taiwan i.e. LED lighting and photovoltaic (PV). For the information of the visiting delegation, Engr Narendren Rengasamy, NCCIE/MyCIE Treasurer gave a presentation on Solid State Lighting (SSL) Business Opportunities in Malaysia. This one-to-one interactive business matching meeting has been a great platform for both parties to strengthen networking, explore new business deals and to develop business partnerships. Overall, it was a very informative networking event.
