Malaysia CIE organised a seminar cum workshop on light & colour on 25th November 2013 which was held at TEEAM conference room.  This seminar cum workshop was a platform for professional and practitioners to understand complicated light and colour concepts in an easy approach. It covered the basic understanding of Colour Rendering Index (CRI), Mesopic Photometry, Photopic, Scotopic and Light Measurement.

With a combination of case studies, interactive and problem-solving discussions, this seminar cum workshop addressed the definition, relevance and the common issues of CRI, an important performance characteristic of lighting products.  It also covered the fundamental basics of Mesopic Photometry without going into scientific details.  Some 50 participants attended the beneficial seminar.
